The market potential for the Company's lead products is significant. ProCertus estimates the U.S. commercial markets for ProDermaCel, DermX and OralX as $400 MM, $350 MM and $500 MM, respectively (Tables 1-4), and estimates worldwide sales at twice the U.S. market sales. There are currently no competing products for the prevention or treatment of cancer therapy-induced alopecia or radiodermatitis. A single product has been FDA-approved for prevention of oral mucositis in bone marrow transplant patients only. As shown in Table 5, the adjunctive oncology therapy market is well established and attractive.
