Gulfo, M.D., M.B.A. - Dr. Gulfo is President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Electro-Optical Sciences, Inc. a medical device company focused on the design and development of a non-invasive, point-of-care instrument to assist in the early diagnosis of melanoma. From May 1999 to November 2004, he served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Antigen Express, Inc., a development-stage company developing immunodiagnostics and therapeutics for cancer. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Anthra Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Chairman of that company's UK subsidiary. He has managed the development of FDA-approved products (Valstar and Prostascint), run clinical trials, and filed INDs and NDAs for products for diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Dr. Gulfo received a B.S. in Biology from Seton Hall University, an M.D. from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and an M.B.A. in Finance from Seton Hall University.
