ZARS is a specialty pharmaceutical company that utilizes proprietary technologies to deliver drugs into and across the skin. Previously, Mr. Lippert was President and CEO of ProCertus BioPharm, Inc. Prior to joining ProCertus, Mr. Lippert was Senior Vice President at Exponential Biotherapies, Inc. (EBI), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of novel infectious disease products. Prior to that, Mr. Lippert held Senior Vice President- and Vice President-level positions at Celltech-Medeva in General Management, Marketing/ Sales, and Business Development. Before joining Celltech-Medeva, Mr. Lippert held middle management positions at Ohmeda/Baxter in finance, marketing, and business development. Mr. Lippert has more than 25 years of diversified industry experience, established relationships within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, and operational experience in managing businesses, people, budgets and projects. Mr. Lippert received his undergraduate degrees in animal biology and finance from the University of Wisconsin and his M.B.A. from Marquette University.
